What happens if the buyer claims the item wasn't as described?
Either party can open a dispute before funds are released. We may ask for photos, tracking, and messages from both sides, then decide on a full refund, partial refund, or release to the seller based on the evidence. Chargebacks opened outside this process may result in account suspension.
